About Us
Who are you guys?
The core team has not changed much over the years, except that a couple of new members have been added. Our work is satisfying and very intensive, so if you are cut out for it, you stay on for years. It's one of those things that when you're good, you're successful. So, to answer your question, the team comprises of 7 people at the core and a network of experts in different subjects and specialists. Of course, some people dropped out, other we had to leave behind to maintain a high quality of people. So here's the team:
Gerry
The driving force behind the team. He was the one who came up with the idea of setting up a network of the best students a few years back. He has saved a lot of people's degrees. After graduation, he started working as a teaching assistant in a top London university and is your top man for education stuff. On top of everything.
Megan
Tough girl. Top student. It took some convincing to get her on the team, but she's well into it now. She got a top job with a consultants firm in the City and has all sort of business experiences from her clients. She is going to be handling all the business and management projects.
Tim
Also a consultant, who works long hours. Is a member of the Certified Institute of Management Consultants and of the Certified Institute of Marketing. His time is quite limited and only takes on very serious projects, for which he charges a fortune (but, he's very very good). He takes care of the marketing, HRM and finance projects.
Mark
Really tall guy. He took a year out of university to work for Microsoft and is well into technology and software engineering. After graduation, he went back to Microsoft.
Nicky
Nicky joined later on and is very practical - for a literature person, that is. She does not like theory very much (let's be honest, who does?), and is very good with solving people's problems.
Sibha
Sibha is the exact opposite of Nicky. He is a theoretical person. He is a legal person. Always the lecturers' favourite. Never did he say something that wouldn't be supported by some argument.
Bill
Quick thinker, a biologist by nature. He talks about the merits of acetosalicylic acid in our life, as if he were talking about aspirin. :)
The Others
The others include normal working people who we've met at uni and now keep in touch, or people who we've met at work, or people whom we've worked with in the past in some form or other. Some of them can help out with inside information, specialist tips or even setting up a short interview if needed. Or, if you have a specialist topic, they wil do it for you, if we cannot.
In 2004, we have at least 2 people in every major industry and 2 in every educational discipline, who are willing to undertake your project or help with hard-to-find information where needed.
